When you become eligible to participate in the Defined Contribution Fund, your employer must automatically deduct $0.50 per hour from your pay in Employee Pre-tax 401(k) contributions and forward these amounts to the Plan on your behalf.
The easiest way to enroll is to fill out forms available online. Then complete, sign and submit them to the Fund Office (along with any required materials). You will also receive forms and other materials in a welcome packet from the Fund Office when you first become eligible for benefits under the Health & Welfare Fund.
Send your new address to the Fund Office as soon as possible—or you may miss important notices about your benefits.
Notify the Fund Office as soon as possible about your marriage or domestic partnership or the effective date of dependent coverage may be delayed.
