Monthly Premium

Upon your initial retirement, your monthly premium amount is determined by classifications (such as Medicare eligibility for you and, if applicable, your spouse/domestic partner) and premium score (based your age plus your Pension Credits under Option 1) or (based on your months of coverage under the Health & Welfare Plan divided by 12 under Option 2) at the time of your initial retirement. The classifications are evaluated monthly and may change. See the Summary Plan Description (SPD) for more information or contact the Fund Office.
