Beginning January 15, 2022, the Western Growers Assurance Trust will cover FDA-authorized over the counter at-home COVID-19 diagnostic tests purchased on or after January 15, 2022 without a doctor’s prescription for eligible participants of the Landscape, Irrigation & Lawn Sprinkler Industry Health & Welfare Plan, at little or no cost to the participant. This OTC at-home COVID-19 test benefit includes up to 8 tests per member every 30 days.
