District Council No. 16 is a part of the United Association of Journeyman and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO (UA) and is composed of local unions in Southern California. United Association (UA).
Local Union No. 345 is affiliated with District Council No. 16 for Landscape employers.

Eligible participants are also permitted to participate in the Southern California Pipe Trades Defined Contribution Fund 401(k) plan. Employers must automatically deduct from their wages pre-tax 401(k) contributions in the amount of $0.50 per hour for every hour worked unless they opt-out.
