The Health & Welfare Fund provides active participants and their eligible dependents with medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, paid time off and life insurance benefits.
The Inland Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry Health & Welfare Fund was established in 1965 through the negotiating efforts of the Union and Employers in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry in the Inland Empire of Southern California. Union and Employer Trustees manage the Fund.
The Health & Welfare Plan provides benefits for medical, prescription drug, dental, vision and life insurance benefits. The Plan also provides a paid time off benefit.
